Directions:

  • Add 1 level scoop to 200mL of water or skim milk and stir, shake or blend until mixed. Can be used up to 3 times a day.

This protein mixes incredibly well, and has a subtle sweetness that is a nice change from the overpowering flavour of other brands. A slightly odd, 'chemical' aroma when you open the tub, but that doesn't come through when you are drinking your shake.
